Penang reviving rent-and-own policy

SEVERAL upcoming low-cost housing projects in Penang will adopt the rent-and-own concept, where tenants can own the units after renting for a certain period, said Chief Minister Chow Kon Yeow.

He said the policy decision was made in the first exco meeting.
