Errant traders face the music during festive season price control scheme ops

KUALA TERENGGANU: Terengganu Domestic Trade, Cooperatives and Consumerism Ministry (KPDNKK) found 22 offences committed during the Festive Season Price Control Scheme operations carried out during the Hari Raya period for 15 days from June 8.

Its director Shaharuddin Mohd Kia said this included 16 offences of not displaying the pink special price tags, two cases of not displaying price tags, and four for selling chicken at prices exceeding the fixed rate.
