S’wak CM urged to make good on Sarikei promises


SIBU: Sarawak Chief Minister Datuk Patinggi Abang Johari Tun Openg has been told to make good on his pledge for the Sarikei parliamentary constituency that he made during GE14.

On April 29, Johari had, in a speech at the launch of the Sejiwa Senada outreach programme organised by the state government in Bintangor Town Basketball Stadium, announced the immediate start to construction work on the long-awaited Jalan Sarikei-Tanjung Manis and the upgrading of the treated water supply system in Bintangor
