GELANG PATAH: Norizan Nasiman, an agent for contract workers, from Kampung Ulu Pulai here, has been having sleepless nights after discovering that foreign construction workers had encroached onto his land.

He said he spotted foreign workers at his orchard, stealing fruits from his durian, rambutan, papaya and banana trees.
