SIBU: Pakatan Harapan has proposed to use Section 18 of the Sarawak Land Code to conduct survey on native customary rights (NCR) land if they are given the mandate in the 2021 state elections.
Kanowit PKR secretary George Chen told a press conference that Sarawak PKR chairman Baru Bian had said that the coalition would protect the rights of natives who owned NCR land with Section 18, but not Section 6 that was being used now.
