Two decades on, rural-urban migration issues still pose a problem in Sibu

SIBU: The state government’s efforts in looking into rural-urban migration issues over the last two decades have not only failed to achieve the desired result but have instead caused the mushrooming of squatters here, Sibu MP Oscar Ling said.

Ling added that the government should now revisit its plans after its effort did not meet the objectives.
