Property tycoon‘s legacy to school

IN support of the future development of SJK (C) Jalan Davidson, Kuala Lumpur, the late Tan Sri Yeoh Tiong Lay and his wife Puan Sri Tan Kai Yong have set up five charitable funds for the school amounting to a total of RM17.8mil.

Tan said her husband, who was a life honorary chairman of the school board, had planned to announce the setting up of this fund on his 90th birthday last December, but he could not see it through.
