LOOPS Collective presents Europe’s biggest celebration of sound system culture — Outlook Festival — at Le Noir KL on June 30 with UK drum’n’bass headliners Total Science (C.I.A Records, Metalheadz) making their debut in Kuala Lumpur for the Outlook Festival KL Launch Party.

For the fifth time in the last six years, Kuala Lumpur gets to host one of a battalion of launch parties all over the world for what has been described in the last decade as Europe’s leading bass music and sound system culture festival — Croatia’s Outlook Festival.
