NOAH’s Ark Ipoh (NAI) claims they had made their intention clear to remove items of the Ipoh Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (ISPCA) placed on the portion NAI deemed as its property beforehand.
NAI president Peggy Vong said the NGO went in to remove the cages and other items that were stored on its premises near a storeroom there.
