PROPERTY developer Mah Sing Group Bhd rolled out its Desire campaign to reward buyers with various perks upon purchasing any of its 19 projects nationwide.

Those looking for ready-to-move-in homes or workspaces can take advantage of this hassle-free sales package which features a selection of properties.

The Desire package offerings include complimentary renovation consultation by Mah Sing’s professional panel of interior design consultants, furnishing packages and moving-in services.

Other advantages are easy ownership financing packages with low-deposit and viewing of the actual unit.

At the event held at the group’s D’sara Sentral in Sungai Buloh, Mah Sing chief executive officer Datuk Ho Han Sang said the campaign aimed to address rising demand for quality ready spaces.

“Buying a completed product eliminates the guesswork and risk associated with buying something off-plan.

“Through the campaign, purchasers are able to move in instantly without hassle while we do the work,” he said.

The participating projects include Klang Valley’s D’sara Sentral; Lakeville Residence in Jalan Kuching; M City in Jalan Ampang; Penang’s The Loft@Southbay City and Ferringhi Residence; as well as Johor Baru’s Meridin East, Meridin Medini and Meridin Bayvue.

To enhance customer experience, Mah Sing also introduced its digitised vacant possession (VP) paperless processing system for project handovers.

“Digital VP is an eco-friendly move that also shortens the time taken for purchasers to complete the required documentation and paperwork, which will be replaced with more interaction time with our customer service personnel to better understand the development,” said Mah Sing customer services and property management head Teo Swee Ann.

Buyers can opt to make a VP appointment through the MY Mah Sing mobile application and upon collecting their keys, a designated customer service personnel will conduct a one-on-one session to provide more insight into the development and its house rules.

Upon completing the process, the VP form will be signed digitally by the buyer and it will be immediately sent to their email.

Other features on the MY Mah Sing mobile application include defect management report, property management administrator as well as timely photo updates on construction progress of the owner’s properties. The application can be downloaded via Apple App store and Google Play Store.

Apart from its customer-focused DNA, the group’s top priority is quality.

“All projects will undergo stringent quality inspection through QLASSIC audits, four pre-delivery inspections by a highly trained quality team and external assessments by the Construction Development Board (CIDB),” said Mah Sing chief project officer William Ow.

After the launch, media members were given a demonstration of the digital VP process, followed by a tour to some of the available facilities at D’sara Sentral’s SA 2 residential tower before adjourning to view a 1,136sq ft-completed unit.

D’sara Sentral is a 2.65ha-transit-oriented mixed development comprising four blocks of residential towers (SA1, SA2, SB1 and OLO Residence), one block of smart office versatile office (Sovo) and lifestyle retail shops with a gross development value (GDV) of RM937mil.

The development is located diagonally across the Kampung Baru MRT Station along the Sungai Buloh-Kajang Line.

Delivery of VP for SA1, SA2 and the retail shops is within this year while SB1 and OLO Residence are scheduled for VP in 2019.

To date, over 80% units of the development are taken up.
