Terengganu MB announces move to eliminate red tape


The Terengganu Mentri Besar has announced that those who want to apply for a trading lot at Ramadan bazaars need no longer get the signature of the JKKK head.

KUALA TERENGGANU: No signature of the Village Development and Security Committee (JKKK) head is required for any application by the people, said Terengganu Mentri Besar Dr Ahmad Samsuri Mokhtar.

He said the decision was made to reduce bureaucratic red tape to facilitate the people’s dealings with government departments and agencies in the state.
