MIRI: The Pakatan Harapan Federal Government and Barisan Nasional state government have been urged to jointly form an independent land council.
Both parties should invite experts who are not politicians to be part of the council to resolve native customary rights (NCR) woes that have been plaguing Sarawak for decades.
