RESIDENTS along Jalan Ong Joo Sun in Jelutong, Penang, are seeing red over an illegal recyclable item collection centre in their area.
They are scared that it could pose danger to their health and safety. The stench emitting from the premises would sometimes ‘overpower’ the residents.
