KUALA TERENGGANU: The Kuala Terengganu City Council (MBKT) has equipped food operators with proper business planning skills in its efforts to minimise food wastage at Ramadan bazaars.
MBKT director of environmental health Mohd Adzhar Mohd Zahari said about 1,000 operators manning the stalls at the bazaars were introduced to the programme called Chefmanship Academy (CA).
