‘Healing’ Botak Hill in stages

MITIGATION works are being carried out in stages at the infamous ‘Botak Hill’, said its landowner Tan Sri Khor Eng Chuen.

He said the mitigation works, which were approved by the Penang Island City Council, had been carried out since 2014.
