‘Public transport should be managed by local councils‘

THERE should be better public transport services in constituencies and they should be managed by local councils, says Ng Sze Han, who won the Kinrara state seat.

He said it was unnecessary for the Land Public Transport Commission (SPAD) to control permits for public transport such as buses.
