VOTERS in Selayang are slowly warming up to plans by Barisan Nasional’s Kang Meng Fuat, whose manifesto speaks of putting the parliamentary constituency on the fast track to “Greater Selayang”.
Selayang has a population of more than half-a-million, and includes the state seats of Rawang, Templer and Kuang.
