AS Paya Terubong is among the areas in Penang worst hit by floods, Barisan Nasional’s candidate for Paya Terubong state seat Wong Chin Chong has vowed to repair and upgrade the drainage system.

He also planned to build a new reservoir and repair the over-exploited hillslopes to solve the floods and landslide problem in the area once and for all, if elected.
