Pakatan incumbent not taking things for granted in Ampang

AS the campaign period draws to an end, Pakatan Harapan’s Ampang parliamentary candidate and incumbent Zuraida Kamaruddin is working hard to meet as many of her constituents as possible in view of the redelineation exercise.

“Three areas were redelinated into the Ampang parlimentary seat – Taman Cahaya, Taman Dagang and Kuala Ampang.

"These are places that I need to work harder in," she said.

“Even though people know me, I can’t take it easy,” Zuraida said on the sidelines during a ceramah in Bukit Antarabangsa.

On the separation with PAS and how this could affect results, Zuraida, who has been the Ampang MP for the past two terms, said she was confident that PKR would retain the parliamentary seat, as well as the state seats of Bukit Antarabangsa and Lembah Jaya.
