Flags fluttering in Land Below the Wind

Ranau has become a lot more colourful thanks to the many flags lining the roads.

KOTA KINABALU: From Sabah’s west coast Kota Kinabalu to east coast Sandakan, a glance in any direction shows political flags erected at strategic places.

The political flags here are probably the most colourful in Malaysia as the highest number of political parties are contesting in the state.
