TWENTY-SEVEN-year-old Chu Tiew Eng, who was injured in a road accident two weeks ago never expected to get a visit from Rela (the People’s Volunteer Corps) director-general Zulkifli Abidin.

Chu, a Rela member since 2013 has been actively involved in Bagan Pasir Laut and served under platoon leader Lee Teng Hou, who is also a headman there.
