Grammy nominee on the decks

FOUR-TIME Grammy nominee and pioneering house music DJ/producer Steve ”Silk” Hurley makes a long overdue return to Kuala Lumpur when he steps into Marini’s on 57 for the high-rise club bar’s It’s All About House series on May 4.

The Chicago-based producer, remixer, songwriter and deejay is known for his signature mixing skills and diverse mixing style. His first single, Music Is The Key, which was released in July 1985 soared to the #9 position on the Billboard Dance Chart.
