SUPP candidate pledges to donate pay to Chinese schools


SIBU: Sarawak United Peoples’ Party (SUPP) potential candidate for Lanang, Kelvin Kong, has pledged to donate RM15,000 monthly from his MP’s salary and allowances to three Chinese private schools in the constituency if he wins in the general election.

Kong’s candidacy together with the other 30 candidates from Barisan Nasional is expected to be announced by state Barisan chairman Datuk Patinggi Abang Johari Tun Openg today.
