SHAH Alam Barisan Nasional is looking to expand the overcrowded Shah Alam Hospital as part of its general election manifesto.

Its chairman Datuk Azhari Shaari said they began discussions with Health Minister Datuk Seri S. Subramaniam on its plans prior to the dissolution of Parliament.
