SELANGOR Mentri Besar Datuk Seri Azmin Ali brushed off news that Selangor will go bankrupt if it did not settle issues with Syarikat Pengeluar Air Sungai Selangor Sdn Bhd’s (Splash) RM4.21bil legal suit against Syarikat Bekalan Air Selangor Sdn Bhd (Syabas).
“It is Syabas who is being sued, not the Selangor government. It does not have any link to the state government’s funds,” he added.
