Special allowance mulled for civil servants with sign language skills

ISKANDAR PUTERI: The state government is considering giving its civil servants with sign language skills a special allowance as an incentive to make government services more accessible to people with disabilities (OKU).

Johor state secretary Datuk Azmi Rohani said the special allowance was for those who use sign language at least half of the time while at work.
