TAMAN Sembilang recreational park in Seberang Jaya, Penang, will undergo an upgrading to turn it into a venue suitable for wedding photo shoots.
The upgrading costing RM120,120 is being carried out by the Seberang Prai Municipal Council (MPSP) and scheduled for completion in June.
