RESIDENTS in Setiawangsa got together over a simple dinner hosted by Setiawangsa Umno division chief Tan Sri Zulhasnan Rafique at the neighbourhood’s community centre.
Zulhasnan said he knew the neighbourhood was growing rapidly but noted that not many residents knew each other.
