PADANG Kota Gerakan coordinator H’ng Khoon Leng, 54, knows it will be difficult for him to wrest the seat which has become a DAP stronghold since 2008.

The constituency in the heart of George Town in Penang was represented for decades by Gerakan leaders beginning with former Chief Minister Tun Dr Lim Chong Eu from 1974 till 1986.
