On site services include a cafe and all-day dining restaurant, banquet hall, meeting room, Jacuzzi, cigar lounge, convenience shop, hair saloon, laundry, pool bar, spa and 24-hour security.

Grand Ion Majestic is located only 3km away from First World Plaza, and within a few minutes’ drive from other attractions. There is a free daily shuttle service.

Currently, the developer is offering a waiver on monthly maintenance fees for three years, as well as a Rental Pool Programme at 7% yearly on a long-term contract.
