PARTI Sosialis Malaysia (PSM) will contest for the first time in Penang with ex-DAP assemblyman Teh Yee Cheu who quit the party on Sunday, as its candidate.
Teh, 60, would contest the Sungai Pinang state seat which comes under the Jelutong parliamentary constituency.
