HAPHAZARD parking along Jalan Tengku Kelana, the main thoroughfare in Little India, Klang, has been a nagging problem in the area and business owners have proposed several solutions to the local council.
Klang’s Little India Entrepreneurs Association president N.P. Raman (pic) said eight months ago, the association had submitted a memorandum to Klang Municipal Council (MPK), requesting for parking bays to be created on both sides of the road.
