SIBU: A 50-year old man was arrested for dredging sand from the Rajang River without a permit.
General Operations Force (GOF) 10th Battalion Commander Supt Sanudin Mohamad Isa said in the operation codenamed Ops Libas at about 10am on April 4, they also seized a barge, tugboat, two cranes and 1,500 tonnes of sand.
