SIGNING up to be a Parkson Card member is now made easier and more enjoyable with the launch of Parkson’s #parksoncardsquadz Mobile Truck Campaign.
From now until Sept 15, the mobile truck will roam the streets of the Klang Valley, stopping at 72 locations to spread the word on the Parkson Card Loyalty Programme.
Parkson Corporation Sdn Bhd Loyalty Marketing manager Olivia Kwan said the campaign hoped to bridge the gap between the retail giant and shoppers, especially those aged 18 to 35.
“We wanted to make it more accessible and fun to learn about Parkson Card privileges.
“There will also be virtual reality games and other fun games where they can win extra goodies,” she said, adding that there were currently 1.8 million Parkson Card members.
Those who sign up the Parkson Card will be rewarded with a Parkson Card Gold and complimentary Parkson Card Foldable Zip Bag.
There will also be two monthly alternating games of Water Pong and Fear Factor, where participants will be rewarded with various Parkson Card merchandise and partners’ merchandise or vouchers upon game completion.
With the unveiling of the 4.5m commercial truck over the weekend at The Waterfront, Desa Park City, members of the public participated in a fitness session with Maggy Wang of Move with Maggy.
Radio deejays Hafiz and Guibo were also on hand to keep the buzz going.
Parkson’s #parksoncardsquadz Mobile Truck will travel on Fridays to Sundays at locations such as hot hangout spots, night and morning markets, corporate offices, parks, food courts and more.
