Cheras likely to see DAP veteran up against female MCA candidate

The Pudu morning market, located within the Cheras constituency, is where locals buy their daily essentials.

ONE of the earliest townships in Kuala Lumpur, Cheras – which has seen an increase of close to 7,000 voters – is likely to see MCA fielding a female candidate to take on DAP‘s five-term MP.

DAP veteran Tan Kok Wai, the incumbent, is likely to defend his seat while Barisan Nasional is likely to field Cheras Wanita MCA chief Heng Sinn Yee.
