The delay in Kota Kemuning’s traffic dispersal plan is made worse with the high volume of cars at a fast food restaurant that is causing congestion.
THE anticipated road upgrading works at the first roundabout in Persiaran Anggerik Mokara in Kota Kemuning, Shah Alam, has hit a snag and residents are unhappy.
The first phase of construction for Kota Kemuning’s traffic dispersal plan at the roundabout began last October and was scheduled to end in September this year.
