KUCHING: The modular building system will be adopted to produce more affordable houses.

Chief Minister Datuk Patinggi Abang Johari Tun Openg said the modular construction system would enable the state to produce affordable houses at a cheaper and faster rate, especially for its Spektra (People’s Special Housing Scheme) programme.
