Govt to purchase plane to transport produce

KUCHING: The state government will purchase a single-engine cargo plane to facilitate the transport and export of agricultural produce.

Chief Minister Datuk Patinggi Abang Johari Tun Openg said this was in line with the state government’s plans to transform the agriculture sector and become a net exporter of food.
