Celebration of French gastronomy

WHAT began as one person’s desire to present an unparalleled French culinary experience to as many diners as possible in several cities around the world with the same menu on the same day, is today an event celebrated annually on March 21.

Inspired by Auguste Escoffier who launched the Diners d’Epicure (Epicurean dinner) initiative in 1912, the Gout de France (Good France) has been listed on the Unesco World Heritage list since 2010.
