A PENANG Gerakan Youth leader has called for the restoration of Bukit Relau, infamously known as ‘Botak Hill’, to its original condition.
Acting Youth chief Jason Loo said according to Section 27(8) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1976, the local authority has to make sure that the land on the hill is restored as soon as possible to the condition it was in before development commenced if there was no planning permission.
