Didn’t get RM5,000, told to pay back RM50,000

A CLOTHES promoter got more than he bargained for when he tried to borrow RM5,000 from a loan shark in Kuala Lumpur.

Not only did 19-year-old Lin Guo Kang fail to get the money, he was forced to say on camera that he had borrowed RM50,000 from the loan shark.
