Datuk Redzuawan Ismail, better known as Chef Wan, stirred up lots of laughter during a cooking demonstration at a restaurant in Bukit Jelutong.
Called “Fresh Seafood 101 with Datuk Chef Wan”, the event saw him preparing Gulai Udang Nenas Nyonya (Nyonya-style prawn curry) a family recipe that has been in his family for five generations.
