Blind pedestrians on special lanes at risk from errant bikers

MOTORCYCLISTS ‘terrorising’ bicycle and pedestrian lanes in Penang are a major concern for the blind.

St Nicholas Home for the Blind executive director Daniel Soon Aik Bin said the state government should strictly enforce the no-motorcycle rule for these lanes to ensure the safety of the blind.
