A NEW building will be erected at the Han Chiang University College of Communication (HCUC) compound in Jalan Lim Lean Teng, Penang, to cater for the increasing intake and its new status as a university college.
The two-storey 37,000sq ft building will feature an auditorium, offices for the chancellors, administration offices, a library, the Han Chiang TV centre and radio station among other features.
