JOHOR BARU: A total of 1,442 illegal money lending banners, 477 bunting ads and 197 advertisement banners were taken down by the Johor Baru City Council (MBJB) in January.
Mayor Amran A. Rahman said the enforcement order was conducted as the banners were put up at unauthorised places as well as not having valid advertisement licences or permits.
