KUCHING: Two bridge projects at Batang Rambungan in Lundu and Batang Igan, Mukah, will commence this year as the government expedites completion of the state’s coastal road network.

Works Minister Datuk Seri Fadillah Yusof said the design of the Batang Lupar bridge project in Sri Aman - spanning 5km and estimated to cost around RM1bil - has been completed and a tender will be called this year.
