JOHOR BARU: Johor Ruler Sultan Ibrahim Ibni Almarhum Sultan Iskandar joined a crowd of about 3,000 people at a Chap Goh Meh celebration.
The event was organised by Iskandar Waterfront Holdings Group and held at Danga Bay Convention Centre here yesterday.
