Broken lifts burden residents

The Housing and Local Government Ministry is in the midst of replacing two lifts in Block H at PPR Lembah Subang 1.

STROKE patient Syed Yusoff, 65, takes more than half an hour to walk up to his home on the ninth floor of Block H, PPR Lembah Subang 1, Petaling Jaya, from the ground floor.

For more than four months, the retiree has no choice but to use the stairs as the last functioning lift in the block broke down.
