RESIDENTS living at Imbi flats along Jalan Khoo Teik Ee, Kuala Lumpur, are irked by abandoned vehicles that are taking up parking spots in the area.
The bays, meant for the residents, are occupied by about 20 vehicles that have been left there to rot.
