THE luck of the Irish is coming back to Penang for the fifth year through St Patrick’s Festival with activities and entertainment for four days from March 8 to 11.

Organised by Penang Irish Association (PIA), this year’s theme ‘Sharing our tradition’s Céilí agus Ceol’ will emphasise on the Irish culture’s music and dance.
